Ascent Adventure Consultants offers numerous climbing classes. Our professional climbing guides and instructors teach interactive, thorough, and engaging rock, ice, and alpine climbing classes of many different varieties. We are committed to providing every participant with the skills, techniques, and tools that they need to accomplish their climbing goals.

We offer an established schedule of our climbing classes, along with private classes that enable you to hire a personal guide for you or a group of friends or family to teach a class geared towards exactly what you want to learn.

Our Guide Development Program offers you the opportunity to receive the training necessary to become a climbing guide.

Enjoy browsing our selection of climbing classes! Whether you are just getting started in the sport of climbing, or have years of experience, there most certainly will be a class for you to choose from. We offer beginner to expert classes such as Climb Outside Rock Climbing Classes, where students learn the techniques and skills they need to start climbing outdoors, and our Trad Climbing Weekend, where we spend the weekend teaching intermediate climbers how to lead climb traditionally, which means they are placing their own protection in the rock while climbing, as opposed to top roping or sport climbing.
