We provide all technical climbing equipment: harnesses, helmets, shoes, rope, carabiners, belay devices, webbing, slings, and chalk bags for rock climbing, and ice axes, and crampons for ice climbing. We don’t expect our clients to own any of the necessary pieces of equipment and therefore provide everything necessary for climbing.

While the possibilities are virtually endless when it comes to choosing an area to climb, there are several North Carolina rock climbing locations that we base most of our guided trips. These areas are: Looking Glass Rock, Crowders Mountain, Moores Wall, Pilot Mountain, and Linville Gorge. We also conduct courses to locations in Pennsylvania, including High Rocks (Ralph Stover State Park), Chickies Rock, and Shaeffers Mountain. For our winter courses, we conduct guided ice climbing and mountaineering trips in New Hampshire at Frankenstein Cliffs and Mount Washington. Our international programs included Mount Kilimanjaro and Aconcagua.
