Often, a business or organization desires to hold a series of team building programs that build upon each other over a period of time, and that provide variety in activities. We have designed these packages with that in mind.

Multi Day Team Building Package
Our multi day package gives businesses and organizations the opportunity to schedule multiple days of team building, built upon the same themes over a period of time. For example, let’s say that a company has monthly sales meetings, and they want us to conduct a team building program 4 months in a row at theses sales meetings. This would be an ideal package, because the programs could be designed together, and the price would be lower due to a higher volume of programs. Another option in this package is that a business may know that they wish to conduct a handful of team building programs over the next year, but are unsure of all the dates and times. By setting up a multi day package, the programs can be designed, and dates can be assigned as they are decided upon.
Indoor and Outdoor Team Building Package
As the description says, we are an adventure based team building company, and therefore offer numerous outdoor adventure based activities that businesses and organizations can take part in. These programs could include low ropes based activities, an adventure race, scavenger hunt, orienteering, hiking, rock climbing, boating, and more, all specifically designed to grow your team. When combined with indoor team building services, this can be a powerful package. We can come to your conference room or business location and conduct a program or programs indoors, and then hold additional programs outdoors.
Corporate Adventure Retreats
Often a business team or organization team needs to and wants to get away from the normal routine of business and takes a retreat. We provide adventure retreats for teams that combine team building with exciting outdoor activities such as rock climbing, hiking and more. These retreats are highly customizable, so the examples are endless. One instance would be a business would rent a large cabin in the mountains Friday night through Sunday. While they have their own agenda of things they wish to accomplish, Ascent also comes in to take the group climbing. Another example would be that Ascent designs the entire weekend, including lodging/camping and the entire weekend is for team building and enjoyment of the outdoors through climbing etc.

Half Day Team Building Program
- Up to 10 People: $800.00
- 10+ People: $800.00 plus $60 per additional person
Full Day Team Building Program
- Up to 10 People: $1500.00
- 10+ People: $1500.00 plus $80 per additional person
