All of Ascent Adventure Consultants’ Corporate Team Building and Leadership Development Programs are 100% customizable. Therefore the options for your business’ or organization’s program are nearly endless.
Types of Programs Available:

Outdoor Program utilizing fully portable team building equipment to conduct activities and initiatives. These are great longer programs ideal for company retreats, company meetings, or just to bring something new to the table for your business or organization.

Indoor Program, conducted in meeting place or conference room, utilizing team building props and activities best suited for indoor use. This is good for a short session during a company meeting, board meeting, or class.

Climbing Gym Program, conducted at a local climbing gym, utilizing indoor rock climbing activities that help you learn how to work with, listen to, and depend on one another.

Real Rock Climbing Program, conducted over a one or two day period, at an outdoor cliff utilizing rock climbing, rappelling, and hiking as a means of team building, building group trust, and leadership development.
Basic Price Structure for Our Corporate Team Building Programs
(Note: These are the base prices for our programs. Prices may vary based on the duration, location, special needs, and customization of the program.)
Half Day Team Building Program
- Up to 10 People: $800.00
- 10+ People: $800.00 plus $60 per additional person
Full Day Team Building Program
- Up to 10 People: $1500.00
- 10+ People: $1500.00 plus $80 per additional person
*Team Building Base price does not include the following costs: any fees for usage of facilities, lodging for participants if needs, dinners, travel, lodging, and food for Ascent Adventure Consultants. These items will be added into the price.
